Bharat Banking Co-lending - Portfolio Process Management INTERNAL USAGE No of Vacancies 1 Reports to Bharat Banking Co-lending Head Is a Team leader Y Team Size 2 Grade SVP -1 Business Co-lending Department Bharat Banking Sub-Department COE Location Pan India About Bharat Banking The increasing income diversification evolution of the tech stack various government schemes to improve livelihoods and integrating the country via roads and the internet have provided strong tailwinds to the rural and semi urban RUSU or Bharat markets To better capitalize on the growth runway and open the world of possibilities for the Bharat customer the bank has set up a separate Bharat Bank vertical It is an amalgamation of products and geography handling certain core products across the country and all the products in the RUSU branches The objective is to accelerate the growth journey by expanding distribution reach via branches partnerships and digital presence creating tailored products and processes and using the One Axis strategy to harness synergies in all parts of the Bank to deliver to the Bharat customer The Bank also continues to focus on growing the book profitably by enhancing productivity improving operational efficiency to reduce cost and containing risk by leveraging technology such as AI and ML rigorous portfolio monitoring About the Role You will be part of Co-lending team under Bharat Banking Vertical You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment adapt to change quickly dealing with multiple stakeholders tackling unfamiliar tasks and requests with resourcefulness and minimal guidance Managing the portfolio originated under co-lending with multiple partners Key Responsibilities Portfolio management for various Asset quality eg -HL LAP PL Auto TW originated through Co-lending channel of the bank Building and managing the robust process framework for the co-lending business and customizing at partnership level Collaborate with cross-functional teams in managing and monitoring the risk and performance matrices of the portfolio Coordination with the multiple partners for regular portfolio delinquency management Managing the portfolio compliances regulatory policy and PSL and audit checks at agreed frequency for best scores Management of day-to-day operations flow for the MIS reports reconciliations and regulatory reporting Interface with the internal and external stakeholders for opportunity identification and plan implementation under co-lending business model Analyzing the competition and the new trends emerging in co-lending space and publish updates at an agreed frequency Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is MBA Post Graduate CA from a reputed institute 13-15 years of exposure on Asset products of banking and any underwriting experience Role Proficiencies For successful execution of the job a candidate should possess the following Skills Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex things into meaningful actionable Ability to interact with the senior stakeholders and assert a point of view effectively Understanding of the value drivers of the business Basic financial and accounting knowledge Prior experience in Portfolio and Process management Fintech and data mining experience will be an added plus Abilities Self-motivated with a passion for taking ownership of your work and delivering outcomes with minimal guidance Dealing with the ambiguity and a problem-solving attitude Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholder and tasks projects simultaneously Proactive thoughtful highly organized able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining impeccable attention to detail Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals Skills Refer to the About Company Axis Bank is the third largest private sector bank in India The Bank offers the entire spectrum of financial services to customer segments covering Large and Mid-Corporates MSME Agriculture and Retail Businesses The Bank has a large footprint of 4 594 domestic branches including extension counters with 11 333 ATMs 5 710 cash recyclers spread across the country as on 31st March 2021 The Bank has 6 Virtual Centres and has over 1500 Virtual Relationship Managers as on 31st March 2021 The Overseas operations of the Bank are spread over eight international offices with branches at Singapore Dubai at DIFC and Gift City-IBU representative offices at Dhaka Dubai Abu Dhabi Sharjah and an Overseas subsidiary at London UK The international offices focus on Corporate Lending Trade Finance Syndication Investment Banking and Liability Businesses
