Team - Retail Assets Bharat Banking Enterprise Functions INTERNAL USAGE No of Vacancies 1 Reports to VP SVP Is a Team leader Y Team Size Grade M SM AVP Business BSG Department BSG Sub-Department Retail Assets Bharat Banking Enterprise Functions Location About Business Solutions Group BSG Business Solutions Group in any bank plays a very vital role in designing developing and implementing solutions which are robust stable efficient and scalable This Unit performs a 360 degrees role in designing solutions which are customer friendly operationally efficient risk conscious cost effective and regulatory compliant About the Role BSG Bharat Banking function leaders play a crucial role in automation and implementation of critical applications in the areas of GCM and Regulatory Reporting This role requires good understanding of the applications related to these areas and the associated processes It will involve extensive discussions and coordination with the relevant stakeholders Key Responsibilities To take complete ownership of the Business Requirements Solutions for any new Business initiative or customizations in the existing solutions primarily OracleGL OFSAA and Regulatory reporting related areas To create Business Requirement Document and Functionality Specifications documents To take complete ownership of functionality testing of relevant applications To take ownership of resolution of all functional issues bugs in the systems To address impact of regulatory changes on the system functionalities and ensure compliance To interface with Regulators Audit Compliance with regard to explaining the system functionalities To have regular strategic interactions with Technology partners vendors with respect to system functionalities product roadmap technology trends etc Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is Graduation Post Graduation with relevant project management system implementation experience with strong domain knowledge of the underlying Business functions processes 5-10 years experience in the Banking Financial services domain Role Proficiencies For successful execution of the job a candidate should possess the following Knowledge Knowledge of Finance Accounts primarily related to P2P processes Relevant Banking domain techno-functional knowledge Knowledge of interfaces integrations underlying processes Knowledge of latest technology trends and a knowhow to apply them appropriately Skills Strong Project Management and execution skills Effective Leadership skills with hands-on approach and Can-do attitude Abilities Ability to work effectively across functions Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals Ability to manage multiple tasks projects and deadlines simultaneously Ability to conceptualize and implement technology solutions which are stable scalable and reliable Skills Refer to the About Company Axis Bank is the third largest private sector bank in India The Bank offers the entire spectrum of financial services to customer segments covering Large and Mid-Corporates MSME Agriculture and Retail Businesses The Bank has a large footprint of 4 594 domestic branches including extension counters with 11 333 ATMs 5 710 cash recyclers spread across the country as on 31st March 2021 The Bank has 6 Virtual Centres and has over 1500 Virtual Relationship Managers as on 31st March 2021 The Overseas operations of the Bank are spread over eight international offices with branches at Singapore Dubai at DIFC and Gift City-IBU representative offices at Dhaka Dubai Abu Dhabi Sharjah and an Overseas subsidiary at London UK The international offices focus on Corporate Lending Trade Finance Syndication Investment Banking and Liability Businesses
