General Manager Of Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing profit loss ensuring smooth day-to-day operations maintaining quality standards controlling food costs and supervising food production This role requires strong leadership attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences Key Responsibilities Profit Loss Management Monitor and control restaurant budgets revenue and expenses Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability Prepare and present regular P L reports to management Operations Management Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellence Develop and enforce standard operating procedures SOPs Manage staff scheduling training and performance Quality Control Ensure high standards of food quality presentation and hygiene Implement and monitor compliance with food safety and health regulations Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly Food Production Cost Control Supervise kitchen operations and coordinate with chefs on menu planning Monitor food preparation processes to maintain consistency and quality Control food cost inventory wastage and vendor relationships Leadership Team Management Motivate and guide team members to achieve operational excellence Foster a positive and professional work environment Conduct training sessions to improve staff performance and service standards Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership Strong knowledge of P L management food cost control and operational processes Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments Compensation Benefits Competitive salary package Performance-based incentives Staff meals and other benefits Contact Us - 7461854361 Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
