Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist who can manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in fostering a positive work culture and ensuring smooth HR operations within our growing team. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Handle the complete recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions across departments (creative, operations, and business teams). Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs. Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation of new hires. 2. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain and update employee records, HRMS data, and attendance systems. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). Prepare HR letters, contracts, and maintain personnel files. 3. Employee Engagement & Culture Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events. Build a positive and motivating work environment aligned with the company’s creative and collaborative culture. Conduct feedback sessions and grievance handling. 4. Performance Management Support managers during appraisals and performance reviews. Track KRAs and coordinate for periodic evaluations and growth discussions. 5. Training & Development Identify skill gaps and coordinate internal/external training sessions. Maintain records of learning and development initiatives. 6. HR Analytics & Reporting Prepare HR dashboards on hiring, attrition, and engagement. Share periodic reports and insights with management for better decision-making. Desired Skills & Attributes Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, creative environment. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 2–3 years of HR experience (preferably in hospitality, creative, or consulting industry).
