Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Pharma / Biotech sector i.e., identifying potential clients, partners, or markets to generate new business opportunities for early-stage development programs (Development & Clinical Phase I/II)
- Implement strategic plans to achieve revenue goals for EU market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to update sales strategies.
- Deliver convincing sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with company capabilities.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development updates for senior leadership.
- Participate in relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build the network.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor / masters degree in business, pharmaceutical science or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 8 years of relevant experience in CDMO space) in business development.
- Should have an excellent relationship with customers and should have personalized relationships with at least 50 customers in EU region.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
