Service Reliability Engineer

We are seeking an experienced passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Service Relaibility Engineer As part of this role you will play a pivotal role in driving the reliability availability and performance of our web applications by implementing best practices for system design software development automated testing and continuous integration using industry standard tools such as GitHub Actions GitLab CI or Jenkins You will also be responsible for monitoring system health troubleshooting incidents and proactively identifying areas for improvement About the Role In this opportunity as a Service Reliability Engineer you will o Implement best practices for system design software development automated testing and continuous integration using industry standard tools such as GitHub Actions GitLab CI or Jenkins o Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications for implementation o Monitor system health troubleshoot incidents and proactively identify areas for improvement o Develop automated tests and deployments utilizing programming languages such as Python Bash Groovy or Ruby o Design scalable systems capable of handling high traffic volumes while maintaining optimal performance levels o Utilize cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform GCP to host applications efficiently o Work collaboratively within Agile teams to deliver new features enhancements according to customer needs o Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and security guidelines About you You re a fit for the role of Service Reliability Engineer if you Over 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Strong proficiency with AWS tools including EC2 S3 and VPC Proven track record of working with ServiceNow Extensive experience in application support Skilled in utilizing monitoring tools such as Datadog Open to working in rotational
