We have a well curated bouquet of rewards and recognition program for the employees - Dynamic, Inclusive and Diverse team culture - Gender Neutral Policy - Inclusive Health Benefits for all - Medical Insurance, Personal Accidental, Group Term Life Insurance and Annual Health Checkup, Dental and OPD benefits - Commitment to the overall development of an employee through comprehensive learning & development framework Role Purpose This role is responsible for Planning & Reporting, business reviews, financial reporting, performance reviews, assessment against plan and other key FP&A reporting responsibilities, both internal, external, board level submissions, the performance reviews, business simulations, scenario building, key business and financial analytics etc. Role Accountability - Lead monthly closing activities on time and accurate reporting by running system-based R-16 reports at month-end, conducting detailed Profit & Loss analysis, assessment against plan Vs actual, liaisoning with stakeholders on Business risk and financial metrics - Drive accuracy and timely reporting of various internal reports and metrics (daily revenue summary, weekly SMT presentation) on a periodic basis and circulate to internal departments and stakeholders and provide plan Vs actual analysis and other key performance metrics - Lead preparation timely and accurate report - out of Board presentation, investor deck, monthly reporting performance decks by analyzing and reporting key portfolio trends, Assest quality, Gross and Net Credit loss, revenue composition and its trend analysis, detailed COF, ROA Tree, receivables and capital adequacy analysis, analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet; prepare for MD and CEO speech / FAQs for investor presentations - Analyze and report market share in cards, spends & transactions and shareholding pattern presentation - Lead timely and accurate Analyst Reporting to SBI Bank as well as Cenmac reporting covering details about key portfolio , business and financial metrics and there change compare to last quarter & year; Preparation of annual MOU -Macro trends for planning and forecasting - Provide inputs for automation and digitization of processes and activities - Prepare and review assigned regulatory report-outs - Manage process documentation and compliance adherence Measures of Success - Quality of analyses conducted - Timely & Accurate MIS/ Dashboard preparation - Timely preparation of statutory and internal compliance reporting data - Timely and accurate updation of process documentation - Process Adherence as per MOU Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications Accounting, analytics and business knowledge Competencies critical to the role - Analytical ability - Problem solving - Verbal and written communication - Collaboration and Team Work Qualification CA/MBA/CPA/CFA Preferred Industry FSI/ Telecom/ Retail/ Ecommerce/ IT
