Job Title: E-Commerce Manager – Beauty Industry Location: Mumbai (Alternative Saturdays Off) About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented E-Commerce Manager with a strong background in the beauty and personal care industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing and scaling business operations across leading marketplaces such as Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, Tira, Myntra, and quick commerce platforms like Blinkit and Zepto. If you are an E-Commerce Champ passionate about driving growth, creating impactful online strategies, and want to work with a fast-growing beauty brand, this is your moment to shine Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow online business across all leading marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. - Develop and execute e-commerce sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. - Oversee listing, pricing, promotions, and campaign management across platforms. - Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth operations. - Track, analyze, and report sales performance, consumer insights, and platform metrics. - Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and platform partners. - Monitor competitors, trends, and product performance to identify new growth opportunities. - Manage a P&L of over ₹100 Cr+ and ensure consistent business expansion. Requirements: - Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 6–10 years of e-commerce experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, haircare, or cosmetics industry. - Proven track record of managing marketplace operations with annual business over ₹100 Cr. - Strong analytical, strategic planning, and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Proficiency in marketplace dashboards, analytics tools, and Excel.
