Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and solutions-driven Senior Social Media Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Meta platforms. This role will lead social media initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive lead generation through various social channels – all while maintaining a positive attitude that can turn challenges into opportunities.

Experience & Attributes

- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing
- Demonstrated success in lead generation through social channels
- Track record of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience in B2B social media marketing preferred
- History of successful stakeholder management
- Proven ability to maintain composure and humor under pressure
- Should be able to come up with Social Media Strategies/Ideas

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Content Management

- Develop and maintain comprehensive social media calendars for LinkedIn company page, brand ambassadors' profiles, and Twitter presence
- Collaborate with SEO team to incorporate trending topics into content strategy
- Oversee Instagram account management, delegating tasks to junior marketers
- Stay current with platform algorithms (LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter) to optimize content strategy for maximum reach and engagement
- Create and publish monthly LinkedIn newsletters, coordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Utilize AI tools effectively for content creation, including captions and newsletters
- Bring creative solutions and fresh perspectives to content challenges

Campaign Management & Analytics

- Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta platforms
- Track, analyze, and report social media metrics to inform content strategy
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead generation
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach programs targeting decision-makers
- Identify and engage with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) followers to grow newsletter subscribers
- Transform data insights into actionable strategies with a glass-half-full approach

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets
- Lead stakeholder management across different departments with a positive, solution-focused mindset
- Supervise junior team members while maintaining individual productivity

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- Deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Twitter, and Meta
- Proven experience with social media advertising and campaign management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in social media metrics and reporting
- Proficiency in AI tools for content creation
- Basic design sensibility for social media creative direction
