Job Description Zensar Technologies is hiring for GenAI solution Architects for the locations - Chennai/Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad. Kindly share your CVs - [Confidential Information] Job Description Skills - 12 - 18 years of experience in software development - 5+ years of experience in AI/ML roles, with at least 3 years in an architectural or leadership position. - Hands-on expertise in AI/ML frameworks and experience deploying AI solutions at scale. - Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks and excellent knowledge on prompt engineering, prompt design patterns, Advanced RAG ,Agentic AI ecosystem , base mode fine tuning etc. - Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML offerings. - Strong grasp of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases - Strong understanding of various vector databases, embedding models and various base models - Proficiency in implementing security protocols and data compliance frameworks - Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills. - Experience in setting up large-scale digital platforms with AI-driven capabilities. - Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and explainability. - Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements, design scalable and innovative solutions, and align technology frameworks with organizational goals. Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, integrating AI-driven technologies to enhance processes, optimize workflows, and deliver exceptional business outcomes. - Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights and vice versa. - Oversee the delivery of AI-enabled solutions, ensuring timely execution, adherence to quality standards, and realization of business value. - Work closely with legal experts, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions. - Architect solutions that are scalable, secure, and optimized for real-time arbitration use cases
