Job Description

Were looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Engineer to manage and grow our business in the Gujarat region. This role involves building strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users, promoting our range of HVAC products, and achieving sales targets. You will be the face of Cosmos in Gujarat representing our brand, values, and commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in Gujarat.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.

Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training to clients.

Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, order follow-ups, and project execution.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Attend exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the HVAC or building materials industry preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand technical specifications and explain product benefits effectively.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel across Gujarat.
