Role Description This is a full-time remote position for an Experienced Software Developer. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications across modern technologies. Daily responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, architecting new features, optimizing performance, debugging complex issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth deployment of high-quality software. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong development experience and can contribute actively to a fast-growing platform. Qualifications - 12+ years of professional experience in software development - Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, system design, and problem-solving - Proficiency in at least one backend technology (Node.js, Java, Python, Go, etc.) - Hands-on experience with frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Next.js, or Angular - Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL - Comfortable with Git, GitHub, CI/CD workflows, and development best practices - Ability to debug, test, and optimize scalable applications - Strong logical thinking, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn new technologies - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience - Comfortable communicating in English and Hindi - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
