Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead process optimization and automation efforts within organization.JOB RESPONSIBILITY:- Were looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager with a strong foundation in software development and hands-on experience in technologies like Python, React, Docker, Linux, and Windows.- Prior development experience is essential, ideally in similar stacks and project types.- You will lead 23 concurrent technical projects, work closely with clients to gather requirements, and translate them into clear tasks for the engineering team.- Experience managing GIS or location-based software projects is a strong plus.- This role requires both client-facing skills and the ability to create, assign, and track tasks across cross-functional teams, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.QUALIFICATION & SKILL-SET:- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, process optimization, or automation within data-intensive environments.- Strong understanding of large-scale data workflows, data ingestion, and process optimization.- Experience in implementing process automation tools and methodologies.- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across engineering and business units.- Willingness to work full-time from our Gurugram office (ref:iimjobs.com)
