Learn more at www.circana.com What will you be doing We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our Corporate Systems team. This role will focus on designing and implementing automation solutions across infrastructure and application environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scripting, systems integration, and cloud technologies, with hands-on experience in .NET, C#, C++, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about streamlining operations through automation. Job Responsibilities - Design and implement automation solutions to streamline business and technical processes. - Leverage Power Automate, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio to build scalable, low-code automation workflows. - Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using .NET, C#, and C++. - Build and optimize SQL Server databases and automate data operations. - Deploy and manage cloud-based automation using Microsoft Azure services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions. - Support legacy systems while contributing to modernization and cloud migration efforts. - Monitor system performance and implement proactive automation for reliability and efficiency. - Document automation processes and provide training/support to internal teams. Requirements - 6+ years of experience in automation engineering or infrastructure development. - Proficiency in: UiPath Suite and Power Automate Suite, .NET Framework, C#, C++, VB, and Python, SQL Server and database integration, Custom API Integration, Machine Learning and AI Integration. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud automation. - Familiarity with solution architecture and scalable automation frameworks. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Preferred Qualifications - Experience establishing Automation Centers of Excellence. - Exposure to security and compliance automation frameworks. - Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles.
