Job Description - Understand and preserve the current organizational culture, ensuring it is reflected in all business interactions. - Ideate, design, and implement key Business Partner (BP) initiatives & activities at the Business Unit level. - Conduct regular employee connect sessions to capture the organizational pulse and share insights with leadership, taking appropriate action when needed. - Execute various centrally defined processes within the Business Unit, ensuring alignment with company standards. - Manage on-ground operations and act as the primary point of contact for all people-related queries within the business. - Analyze data and generate insightful reports to support informed decision-making. - Serve as a change agent, continuously challenging existing processes to drive improvements and promote a more agile work environment.
