Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Executive Assistant role located in Kolkata. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive-level administrative support, managing expense reports, maintaining executive calendars, and handling communication on behalf of senior management.

Handling my agenda for the day, swapping between meetings where possible, attending to my first level of phone calls where possible. Need someone with excellent communication skills and fluent English is a must.

Qualifications

- Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
- Experience in managing expense reports
- Strong communication skills
- Administrative Assistance skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Google Drive and creating PDFs
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
