Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Asansol. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, and recommending tailored financial products and services. Key duties include client acquisition, account management, periodic portfolio review, as well as providing exceptional customer service and investment recommendations. The role requires regular interaction with clients to foster trust, resolve queries, and ensure long-term satisfaction. Qualifications - Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Interpersonal Communication - Proficiency in Sales, Networking, and Business Development - Knowledge of Financial Products, Investment Strategies, and Wealth Management Advisory - Ability to analyze financial data, interpret trends, and provide strategic recommendations - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages - Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience in the financial services sector is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics
