Please refer below for a detailed description.Responsibilities .To ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily tasks/processes .To handle queries and clarifications sought by Analysts w.r.t. any operational/ technical & process related issue. .To understand customer's concerns & issues and resolve the same. .Work and coordinate with team members .To keep oneself abreast of all the updates applicable to policies/regulations/compliances .Manage compliance requirements for Processes, functions, organization and Client.Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications .BE/B Tech/MCA .Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications/ Skills .Advance knowledge of MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). .Should be proficient in Internet usage, web browser, search engines. .Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving skills .Should have strong sense of urgency in getting things done within deadline, good time management skills. .Multi-tasking .Flexible to work in Japan and Non Japan hours .Japanese Language certification/ Diploma .JLPT level 3 .Good understanding of Japanese language Writing, Reading and Speaking .Proactive and willing to take initiatives w.r.t. project work/tasks .Problem solution mindset .Positive attitude for Customers/teammates - friendly and approachable. .Having an excellent flair for continues learning and education. .Quality conscious Why join Genpact .
