Posted Date 22 Aug 2025 Function Business Area Project Management Location Jamnagar Job Responsibilities Develop business concepts into defined projects o Prepare project feasibility reports cost estimates execution plans o Detailed understanding and working as per Project Execution documentsProject completion on time with in the budget o Ensure availability on time the Engineering deliverables and materials for construction o Ensure implementation of uniform procedures and methods o Review periodically the work processes identify functional gaps if any and design corrections for establishing most effective work flows o Assess periodically the work progress for achieving the project objectives and direct remedial measures o Set up effective systems for surveillance of Safety Quality time schedules Costs o Prepare issue project progress reports o Prepare coordinate control schedule for issue of Engineering deliverables o Coordination with procurement group for Project purchases o Coordination with Project Control and Cost Control team o Provide site support to construction group for construction related activities o Manage EPC contracts o Prepare Project close out Technical capitalization reportsStabilization of plant for on specification 100 product o Coordinate among Projects Engineering Procurement Construction Vendors Contractors Operations for smooth efficient start-up commissioning Education Requirement B E B Tech Experience Requirement Minimum 12-18 years of experience in project management functions for large scale plant or facility construction in the sectors of Refinery Petrochemical Fertilizer Oil Gas Energy etc Should have handled the Project Management functions in the middle management level Skills Competencies Knowledge in Project internal and external environment Knowledge in project objectives scope of work Knowledge in standard engineering practices and relevant codes Knowledge in Engineering construction methods Safety rules and Safety standards Quality control procedures Basic knowledge in all disciplines of engineering Statutory clearances approval processes Knowledge in contracts management domestic international Risk identification quantification techniques Risk analysis methods and techniques Risk monitoring control methods Cost estimation and budgeting techniques Value Engineering Project Management tools Quality auditing check skills Skills in Managing risks and Risk response Risk Management tools
