Posted Date 18 Jul 2025 Function Business Area Project Management Location Jamnagar Job Responsibilities Review weekly material constraint list received from construction unit and shop and take actions on critical complicated issues It includes like expediting of delivery of material constraints fabricating of material constraints through shop Analysing look ahead consumption pattern planned activity and expediting materials that are required in next 2 months Revising of look ahead if there is deviation Resolution of immediately required material Follow up with all shops to resolve material constraints and expediting fabrication to increase material front for construction unit Preparation of MIS Attending unit meetings Immediately resolution required material at construction unit and fabrication shops Depth analysis of look ahead and expediting materials that are required in next 2 months Alerting and advising actions on major deviations if any Assisting project warehouse CMC QMD for downgrading of material Coordinating with project warehouse QMD Vendor Ceramic s Expeditor and procurement to resolve critical OSUD issues Education Requirement Degree or Diploma Mechanical Production Engineering Exposure in SAP Experience Requirement Degree with 14-16 years of experience in in Mechanical Production Engineering Diploma with 24-26 years of experience in Mechanical Production Engineering Skills Competencies Depth in Material management process flow like how MTO gets loaded in material management system receipt of material in warehouse issue and returning of material takes place from stores Depth Understanding of terms used in material management process like BOM MTO FMR MIN MRN BTN Constraint Net issue sap code DOR Knowledge of material MOC Specs
