
Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Ownership & Business Development:
- Take full ownership of BOTm's business development strategy and growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to expand the product's reach.
1. Sales & Licensing:
- Drive the sales of BOTm licenses, including direct sales, channel sales, and enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
1. Partnership Network Development:
- Build and maintain a strong partnership network to support the distribution and sales of BOTm licenses.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships with resellers, technology alliances, and channel partners.
1. Sales & Customer Support Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team and customer support team.
- Define sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive team success.
- Foster a customer-centric culture to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for BOTm.
- Leverage social media, digital marketing, events, webinars, and direct marketing to promote BOTm and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content, campaigns, and promotional materials.
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Collaborate with the product development team to define the product roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and product improvements to meet market demands.
1. Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to drive strategic decisions and product positioning.
1. Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
- Track sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and customer support metrics.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the leadership team on business growth, challenges, and opportunities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in product management, business development, or sales leadership within the software or technology industry.
- Strong background in SaaS sales, channel partnerships, and marketing strategy.
- Knowledge of mobile application testing automation or related software products is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and data analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Product Management, Sales Leadership, or Marketing are preferred.
