Senior Systems Analyst

In this Techno/Functional role you will act as a liaison between our internal/external business partners and our IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet our organizational needs. You Will Be Responsible For - Identify, develop, and implement solutions for various business initiatives that utilize various software applications such as Oracle FUSION (ERP, EPM, FDI), Wall Street Suite, IntelliMatch, and the downstream apps they connect with - Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes - Coordinate efforts for multiple projects at once with development, QA, UAT, infrastructure, finance, and operational teams - Assist and support end-user acceptance testing (UAT) - Act as subject matter expert and provide best practices recommendations - Establish and maintain a close working relationship with business partners to understand business processes and proactively recommend solutions - Gather detailed business requirements and perform gap analyses, document functional/technical specification documents - Assist with identifying and documenting data and integration issues and support integration work streams - Provide updates on project status, issues, risks, escalations, and change requests to leadership - AdHoc IT related requests outside of the above when time permits You Should Apply If You Have - Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Accounting or Finance - Minimum 6 years of functional/technical experience as a Business Analyst, QA Analyst, Support Analyst, or Systems Analyst - Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules including GL, FA, AR, AP, Procurement, and Projects - Experience as a senior resource gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, and testing - Individual must be committed to accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong work ethic, time management/organizational skills, and the ability to work independently About Convera Convera is the largest non-bank B2B cross-border payments company in the world.
