CK Bakery is looking for a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our culinary team The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of bakery products including pastries cakes and desserts while maintaining high standards of hygiene consistency and presentation Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake cakes pastries puffs cookies and other bakery items according to standard recipes Decorate cakes and desserts with icing fondant chocolate etc as per design requirements Ensure quality consistency and presentation of all bakery products Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment Monitor stock levels of ingredients and coordinate with procurement for replenishment Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished goods as per food safety norms Check for expiry dates and follow FIFO Innovate and contribute to new product ideas or seasonal offerings Work closely with store managers and kitchen assistants for timely order completion Maintain production timelines and reduce wastage Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef Baker in a commercial bakery or hotel Skilled in cake baking icing and pastry preparation Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards FSSAI preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Team player with a positive attitude Basic literacy in English or Tamil for recipe reading and communication Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Life insurance Schedule Day shift Evening shift Rotational shift Work Location In person
