**JOB DESCRIPTION**

2. Responsible to teach high-quality bakery and confectionary dishes with the standards recipes and presentations in order to maintain quality standards and consistency of product.

3. Besides this, their responsibilities comprise. Prepare a wide variety of goods such as, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes.

4. Able to produce all goods including but not limited to artisan breads and rolls, muffins, laminated Danish, laminated and doughnuts, types of sponges, creams, sauces, cake covers etc. Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.

**Skills Required**:

- Sound theoretical and practical knowledge to handle all the semesters.
- Exceptional Knowledge in the Bakery / Confectionary
- Excellent communication Skills
- Must be capable of planning and organising.
