Job Title Revenue Management Intern - US Healthcare RCM Fresher Role Company Neolytix India Pvt Ltd Location Gurugram Onsite Department Revenue Cycle Management RCM Role Overview Neolytix is looking for motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Revenue Cycle Management RCM team as Revenue Management Intern This role offers a great opportunity to start a career in the U S Healthcare domain working closely with experienced professionals to learn and contribute to revenue analysis data management and performance tracking Key Responsibilities Assist in monitoring and tracking revenue collections and performance metrics Support in preparing and analyzing reports to identify trends variances and key insights Work with the operations team to understand the end-to-end RCM process Participate in process improvement initiatives and help document workflows Collaborate with team members to resolve issues impacting revenue and reporting Prepare basic dashboards and summaries for team and leadership review Requirements Education Graduate in Commerce Business Administration Finance or any related field Experience Freshers are welcome prior internship or project exposure to healthcare finance or analytics will be an advantage Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Good knowledge of MS Excel Google Sheets basic formulas Pivot Tables preferred Attention to detail with a willingness to learn U S Healthcare RCM concepts Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude Preferred Skills Good to Have Familiarity with any RCM tools or EHR systems e g Athena eClinicalWorks Kareo AdvancedMD etc Exposure to MIS reporting or data analysis during academic projects or internships High sense of ownership accuracy and accountability Powered by JazzHR
