Assistant Hr

Responsibilities Assist in recruitment efforts including job postings resume screening and scheduling interviews Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new hires Maintain employee records and HR databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Assist in administering employee benefits programs and processing employee inquiries Support HR projects and initiatives such as performance management employee engagement surveys and training programs Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management Assist in compliance with labor regulations and company policies Handle HR administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings drafting correspondence and maintaining HR documentation Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field or equivalent practical experience Strong understanding of HR principles practices and regulations Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Effective communication skills both verbal and written Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Prior internship or work experience in HR or related field Familiarity with HRIS Human Resources Information Systems software Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes Certification in Human Resources e g PHR SHRM-CP is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
