Finance Executive/Trainee Urgent Search

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with 1–2 years of experience in handling day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GSTR filings, TDS compliance, account reconciliation, and working knowledge of accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally, or similar platforms.
5 days working from Noida office
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily accounting records including journal entries, invoices, and payments.
- Handle GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and ensure timely compliance.
- Manage TDS deductions, returns filing, and reconciliation.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and maintain accurate aging reports.
- Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal review.
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Work with Zoho Books, Tally, or other accounting tools to record and manage transactions.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and other finance-related activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally, or any other accounting ERP software.
- Good understanding of GSR filing, TDS rules, and other statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
