for Field Officer Freshers Welcome Company Kay Vee Traders Position Field Officer Locations Krishnagiri Hosur Job Responsibilities Lead Generation Build and nurture relationships with key influencers in the construction industry such as masons IBHs Independent Building Handlers contractors engineers and other industry professionals to generate leads Product Promotion Actively promote Jindal Panther TMT products to construction professionals and stakeholders Provide detailed product information and ensure that potential clients are informed about the benefits and uses of the products Market Intelligence Monitor and analyze market trends including competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs Field Activities Conduct regular site visits follow-up meetings and on-ground activities to generate new sales leads and maintain relationships with existing clients in the assigned locations Collaboration Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and ensure alignment with overall company goals and sales targets Customer Support Provide timely assistance to clients answer queries and resolve issues related to the products thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention Reporting Maintain records of leads visits customer interactions and sales activities Provide regular updates to the management team regarding progress and challenges faced in the field Requirements Previous experience in the building material industry is preferred but not mandatory Strong interpersonal and networking skills especially with influencers in the construction sector Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment Strong communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region A proactive self-motivated attitude with a drive to achieve sales targets Application Process Interested candidates are requested to send their CV and portfolio to Contact Information Phone 9843732255 6384181824 Email kayveetraders gmail com Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Work Location In person
