Role Description The Head of Finance will be responsible for shaping the financial health of the company, driving long-term strategy, ensuring compliance, and building investor confidence. This role combines hands-on financial operations with strategic leadership, reporting directly to the CEO. Location: Hyderabad Job Type : On-site (No Hybrid Flexibility) Overall Benefits included: up to ₹ 90,000/- Key responsibilities - Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute long-term financial strategy aligned with business growth and investment goals. - Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgets, cash flow management, and forecasting. - Capital Structuring: Drive fundraising efforts, manage debt/equity structuring, and build strong banking/investor relationships. - Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Financial Control & Compliance: Oversee audits, tax planning, statutory filings, and corporate governance. - Project Finance: Structure PPAs, open access projects, and renewable energy investments for profitability and scalability. - Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, implementing systems and processes for efficiency. Qualifications - Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance / CFA (preferred). - 3–5+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in renewable energy, infrastructure, or investment-heavy industries. - Strong background in project finance, fundraising, and investor relations. - Proven ability to manage financial strategy in growth-stage companies. - Exceptional knowledge of Indian financial regulations, tax, and compliance. - Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
