Role DescriptionThe Head of Finance will be responsible for shaping the financial health of the company, driving long-term strategy, ensuring compliance, and building investor confidence. This role combines hands-on financial operations with strategic leadership, reporting directly to the CEO.Location: Hyderabad Job Type : On-site (No Hybrid Flexibility)Overall Benefits included: up to ₹ 90,000/-Key responsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute long-term financial strategy aligned with business growth and investment goals.Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgets, cash flow management, and forecasting.Capital Structuring: Drive fundraising efforts, manage debt/equity structuring, and build strong banking/investor relationships.Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.Financial Control & Compliance: Oversee audits, tax planning, statutory filings, and corporate governance.Project Finance: Structure PPAs, open access projects, and renewable energy investments for profitability and scalability.Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, implementing systems and processes for efficiency.QualificationsChartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance / CFA (preferred).3–5+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in renewable energy, infrastructure, or investment-heavy industries.Strong background in project finance, fundraising, and investor relations.Proven ability to manage financial strategy in growth-stage companies.Exceptional knowledge of Indian financial regulations, tax, and compliance.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Company DescriptionVyomaa Energy is a leading renewable energy services company based in India.
