Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sr. Sales Executive role located in Hyderabad. The Sr. Sales Executive will engage with potential homebuyers and investors, assisting with real estate advisory services offered by CHR Infra. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, sharing insights on available properties, assisting with site visits, negotiating deals, and managing post-sale processes. Building and maintaining strong relations with clients and developers will be a key aspect of this role. Qualifications - Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation - Experience in Real Estate Market Analysis and Strategic Partnerships - Strong Communication and Presentation skills in English and local languages - Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple client interactions effectively - Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office - Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets - Experience in real estate or similar industries is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
