Apkamart is a leading e-commerce company specializing in unique home decor and handicraft products We are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for handling all types of sales and service calls assisting walk-in customers and responding to inquiries via WhatsApp and other social media platforms Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound sales and service calls in a professional and efficient manner Assist walk-in customers by providing product information answering queries and offering personalized recommendations Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints via WhatsApp Facebook Instagram and other social media platforms Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products prices promotions and delivery services Process orders track shipments and handle returns or exchanges as necessary Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly Collaborate with other departments such as the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery Document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall customer experience and identify trends or areas for improvement Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Knowledge of regional languages would be an added advantage Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner Proficiency in using computers including basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays as per the company s roster A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service If you are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service have a passion for home decor and thrive in a dynamic work environment we would love to hear from you Job Types Full-time Part-time Pay 120 000 00 - 300 000 00 per year Benefits Flexible schedule Schedule Day shift Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Customer service 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred
