As a Senior Full-stack Engineer At Quantium, You&aposll

- Lead the development of enterprise-grade applications using cutting-edge technologies
- Architect and design robust, scalable solutions that power Quantium&aposs data science and AI capabilities
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including CI/CD and agile methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions

- In your first 3 months: Gain deep understanding of Quantium&aposs technology stack and take ownership of the team&aposs codebase and engineering practices
- By 6 months: Become the go-to expert for your area of expertise, both within your team and across the organization
- Ongoing: Lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions that drive Quantium&aposs technological advancement
- Long-term: Shape the technical direction of Quantium&aposs products and mentor the next generation of engineering talent

Desired Skills

- 7-10 years of industry experience with a degree in Computer Science or related field
- Expert in Microsoft Technology stack (ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, C#) and frontend technologies (Angular, React JS, JavaScript)
- Proficient in cloud technologies (Azure or AWS) and database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience leading small engineering teams (3-5 members) and excellent communication skills
- Passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies
