Motion Graphics Designer Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore Timeline: Immediate Required experience: 3+ years We are looking to hire motion graphics designers to support advertising & digital marketing for global brands. The role would suit those who are experienced in mid-level to advanced motion graphics. You are: - Someone with proven work experience as a Motion Graphics Designer - Ability to do Character rigging, Visualization, Illustration and storyboarding - Demonstrable video editing ability with a good portfolio - Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity - Familiarity with special effects, transitions, 3D and compositing - Creative mind and storytelling skills - Must have at least 3+ years of agency advertising experience - Expert proficiency in Adobe Suite (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro) is a MUST. - Familiarity with Blender, Cinema 4D and Davinci Resolve (Optional) - Familiarity with Mac Systems ( optional ) - Typography, Layout, and Design skills - Experience working within brand guidelines, as well as adapting campaign look & feel - Passionate about design, and a student of social trends - Possess a willingness to explore multiple options and adapt to stakeholder feedback - Professional, efficient, organized, detail-oriented, have excellent follow-through and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively and to successfully manage concurrent and competing projects What you'd do: - Manipulate and edit provided raw AVs - Design and animate titles, end cards, and accompanying graphics for different platforms - Design and animate social media posts, generating original content from scratch as well as adapting or incorporating provided assets - Work closely with art directors to create concept solutions for clients - Work with the creative team and production to understand project scope and objectives. - Adaptation of campaign assets - logo and artwork preparation, retouching, color grading, etc. - Proficient in cutting, transitions, and mixing audio to video. - Export and deliver appropriate files to the specification given. - General IT housekeeping of software, plugins, assets, style guides, etc. - Compliance with guidelines, deadlines, and design standards. - Adhere to internal workflow and process - The ability to find workflow efficiencies and optimization across the pipelines is a plus. - Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency. - The ability to train juniors About us: MOBILISE is a CRISIL-rated right-service agency that works with premier global brands, supporting their marketing and advertising.
