**JOB DESIGNATION : MOTION GRAPHICS DESIGNER -II**
- **ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:_
- Create high-quality animations and videos for our marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead to visually convey our messaging in a compelling way.
- Develop visual concepts and storyboards for animations and videos.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in motion design to enhance the quality of our

marketing assets.
- Efficiently iterate on designs and animations based on feedback from market analytics.**REQUIREMENTS**:
_
- 5+ years of experience in motion design or animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing

proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Element 3D.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of Motion Design principles and Visual Design principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹368,360.51 per year
