Role and Responsibilities

- Responsible for Retail store designing in various states and cities in India.
- Store planning in consideration of local byelaws of various authorities.
- Fit out/Fitment store planning at large and mid-scale.
- Coordination with BD team for Land acquisition, Coordination with Legal and commercials
- experience in designing, concept working of layouts, large scale projects, working drawings, presentations, documentation work etc.
- Site visits at regular intervals to minimize errors to introduce new elements in consideration of store operations. Coordination with site engineers and contractors.
- Excellent in design and presentation skills.
- Good in identifying and addressing architectural challenges.
- Development of design from preliminary sketch.
- Working Drawings and Detailing.
- Good understanding of building services and coordination.
- Versatile in using design software such as Auto Cad, Proficiency in 3D software would be an advantage.
- Able to prepare architectural reports and documents.
