Reporting To: Social Media Manager or Creative Lead

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Reel/Short Video Editor to join our team. This role involves editing and producing engaging short-form video content for social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels. The ideal candidate understands current digital trends and can turn raw footage into captivating videos.

Responsibilities

- Edit and produce short-form videos that align with brand style and current social media trends.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to brainstorm and execute engaging video concepts.
- Select impactful footage, add graphics, transitions, effects, and enhance audio as needed.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while ensuring high quality and consistency.
- Keep abreast of evolving digital trends, platform specifications, and best practices.
- Organize and manage media files and project assets.
- Perform revisions based on feedback from stakeholders.

Requirements

- Experience editing short-form videos or social media reels (portfolio required).
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong narrative sense.
- Basic knowledge of audio editing, color correction, and motion graphics.
- Effective time management and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
