We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Spring Boot Tech Lead to join our team The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Java development with a strong focus on Spring Boot As a Tech Lead you will play a critical role in leading and mentoring a team of developers architecting solutions and ensuring the successful delivery of projects This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities Skills Responsibilities Technical Leadership Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers ensuring best practices code quality and on-time project delivery System Architecture Collaborate with architects to design and implement scalable and maintainable software systems using Java and Spring Boot Development Write high-quality code and review code contributed by team members actively participating in software development tasks Mentorship Mentor and train junior developers fostering their growth and development within the team Code Reviews Perform regular code reviews enforce coding standards and provide constructive feedback to team members Troubleshooting Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and provide technical support to the team as needed Documentation Ensure proper documentation of code architecture and technical solutions for future reference Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA DevOps and product management to ensure seamless project execution Innovation Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies and recommend the adoption of new tools and practices to improve development processes - Professional experience in Java development with a strong focus on Spring Boot - Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams - Strong understanding of software design principles microservices architecture and RESTful APIs - Proficiency in database design and SQL - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus - Proficiency with Source Control BitBucket GIT Subversion SVN Perforce or similar - Must possess good leadership skills and have ability to lead a team of 3-5 developers
