In 2021 when we launched we had a waitlist with over 100,000 people eager to experience the world of Jupiter - and within 10 months we crossed 1 million users. Today, we have 2.7 million + happy users on Jupiter. Our Insights feature today tells how much and where you've been spending automatically, even on your other savings accounts Our Edge CSB Bank RuPay credit card is getting a lot of love for it's head-turning transparent design, not to mention it being a rewarding experience. Our No-Penalty SIP and Daily SIP at Rs 10/- has helped scale our investments business and we have over 100,000 users investing on our platform to fulfill their money aspirations. Who We're Looking For We're seeking an Affiliate Marketing Associate / Manager to drive user acquisition and engagement through affiliate partnerships and performance-based channels. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end affiliate operations, from onboarding and managing partners to analyzing campaign efficiency and ensuring smooth app integrations. If you're detail-oriented, data-driven, and excited about scaling digital user acquisition through strong partner networks and operational excellence, this role is for you. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Affiliate Partner Management - Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, aggregators, and DSAs. - Negotiate commissions, commercials, and performance-based terms with partners. - Build strong, ongoing relationships to drive consistent and quality user acquisition. 2. Campaign Strategy & Execution - Design and launch affiliate campaigns across app platforms (Android/iOS) and web. - Ensure accurate campaign setup in tracking tools like AppsFlyer, Branch, or Adjust. - Monitor daily performance, ensuring optimal cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and funnel efficiency. 3. Operations & App Management - Coordinate with Product, Tech, and Analytics teams to ensure smooth campaign tracking and integration. - Manage SFTP/API-based partner integrations and resolve discrepancies or errors. - Handle end-to-end reconciliation, payout validation, and reporting. 4. Data Analytics & Reporting - Track performance across affiliates, traffic sources, and creative formats. - Build weekly and monthly dashboards highlighting CAC, conversion funnel, and partner ROI. - Generate actionable insights to identify high-performing channels and optimization opportunities. 5. Optimization & Scaling - Conduct A/B tests for creatives, offers, and landing pages to improve conversion. - Monitor fraudulent traffic, duplicate user acquisition, and attribution mismatches. - Drive scale through automation, campaign logic improvements, and tech integration. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Alliances, Performance, Finance, and Legal teams for partner onboarding, approvals, and payments. - Align affiliate objectives with overall marketing and product growth goals. What Is Needed for This Role - Experience: 14 years of experience in affiliate marketing, app operations, or growth marketing (brand or agency). - Tool Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Branch, or similar MMPs (Mobile Measurement Platforms). - Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization, and campaign tracking. - Marketing Understanding: Knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPI models, attribution logic, and app install funnels. - Technical Acumen: Understanding of SFTP/API integrations, tracking URLs, deep linking, and pixel setup. - Industry Preference: Prior experience in FinTech, BFSI, or app-based startups is a plus. Affiliate agency exp of working with FinTech or BFSI is also a plus. - Mindset: Ownership-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
