Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, with the ability to create customized solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement Salesforce applications and solutions based on business requirements.
- Customize and configure Salesforce CRM to enhance functionality and improve user experience.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they understand how to utilize Salesforce effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

- 5-15 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II are preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
