Arbor India Freshers Hiring Program:

Arbor India (Freshers Hiring Program) is an exclusive opportunity for candidates with background in B.Tech, B. E, BCA, B.Sc (IT, Computer Science). This caters to the freshers who possess the necessary knowledge and drive for technology and innovation. With the right mix of great opportunities and support, a thriving career in the IT domain awaits all those who come aboard. Students will undergo a single integrated test.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Associate Product Engineer under the Freshers Hiring Program, you will:

- Participate in a 12-month structured training programme delivered by expert training partners.
- Engage in technical sessions and mentorship from Arbor’s Engineering Leads.
- Apply learning in real-world projects and live scenarios under supervision.
- Collaborate in product engineering, QA, and DevOps rotations to build end-to-end skills.
- Complete assigned coding modules, milestone assessments, and team projects.
- Seek feedback actively, embrace continuous learning, and uphold Arbor’s culture of teamwork.
- Demonstrate commitment to programme expectations, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role after successful completion.

Requirements

Test Eligibility:

- Courses and Discipline: Full-time freshers from B.Tech (IT/CSE), BCA, B.Sc (IT, Computer Science) from 2024 and 2025 will be eligible.
- Percentage: Minimum aggregate (aggregate of all subjects in all semesters) of 70% or above or equivalent CGPA which includes successful completion of final year/semester.
- Backlogs/Arrears: Up to 1 pending or active backlog/arrear is permitted at the time of appearing for the interview process. All pending backlogs/arrears/ATKT should be cleared within the stipulated course duration.
- Gap/Break in education: It is mandatory for students to declare gaps in education, if any in Application Form. The overall academic gap should not exceed 24 months until the highest qualification. Relevant document proof, as applicable, will be checked for gaps in education.
- Course Types: Only full-time courses will be considered (part-time/correspondence courses will not be considered).
- Work Experience: The role is for ‘Entry Level Requirement’. However, prior work experience, if any, is required to be mandatorily declared by the candidate in the Application Form. Necessary documents supporting this experience are required to be submitted by the candidates at the time of selection process.

Note: Kindly note that we have stringent eligibility criteria and a robust selection process. Your eligibility as per the defined criteria will be checked at various stages of the selection process. We will also do a thorough background of your education, employment (if any) and criminal records through a 3rd party background check team. At any point in time, if you are found ineligible, or the data shared by you is found discrepant, your candidature will be disqualified.
