Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Operate independently to deliver Oracle product solutions and services to clients. - Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and map customer processes to OTM functionalities. - Design, configure, and implement OTM solutions aligned with client needs and Oracle methodologies. - Lead or support full-cycle OTM implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. - Act as a Functional/Solution Lead for multiple OTM projects ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction. - Conduct conference room pilots (CRPs) and provide end-user training. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage customer stakeholders effectively. - Participate in business development activities, proposals, and solution demonstrations. - Ensure service quality, adherence to timelines, and maintain strong client relationships. - Provide guidance and leadership to junior consultants and team members.
