Description :We are seeking a skilled OTM Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and be capable of handling end-to-end technical responsibilities, including customizations, integrations, and reporting. This role offers an opportunity to work on full-cycle implementations and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to optimize transportation processes.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement OTM screen customizations, manager layouts, VPD profiles, and workflows based on business requirements.- Develop and maintain OTM documents and reports, including advanced reporting using OTM Stylesheets, XSL/XML, HTML, and JavaScript.- Utilize Java/J2EE, PL/SQL, and OTM APIs for backend development, integration, and automation.- Work on OTM integrations, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware platforms.- Provide technical support for OTM configuration, setup, and architecture-related issues.- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.- Participate in full-cycle OTM implementations, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Key Skills & Qualifications :- Hands-on experience in OTM : Screen customizations, manager layouts, VPD profiles, and document/report generation.- Strong expertise in OTM Stylesheets, XSL/XML, HTML, and JavaScript.- Proficient in Java/J2EE, PL/SQL, OTM APIs, and OIC integration.- Good understanding of OTM configuration, setup, and technical architecture.- Experience with full-cycle OTM implementations is highly desirable.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and business stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications :- Certification in Oracle Transportation Management is a plus.- Exposure to cloud-based integration platforms (OIC, SOA, etc.) is desirable.
