We work with general contractors, architects, MEP consultants, and real estate developers,

and landscape architects to cater to their BIM requirements.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Trainee/Executive and shall be responsible for tasks such as lead generation, market research, end-to-end Business development, client service, and communication. They will utilize analytical skills to identify business opportunities.

What Skills We&aposre Looking For:

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts for identifying key players and generating interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Perform effective online/onsite presentations to prospects.
- Perform inside marketing activities
