Job Description Job Title: Valuations Reporting Analyst Experience: 1.5 2 years Qualification: Postgraduate with knowledge of Finance Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and manage quarterly valuation processes - Generate fund-level returns and related materials to facilitate meetings with various stakeholders - Reconcile key inputs between valuation and accounting systems - Deliver quarterly investor and financial reporting - Perform ad-hoc and ongoing analysis and reporting for senior management - Participate in and lead various technology and process improvement initiatives - Contribute to other ad hoc tasks and special projects - Engage in diverse work processes across functions - Build and maintain relationships, navigating among diverse internal and external stakeholders - Work closely with colleagues in New York, Hong Kong, and other Asia offices Required Skills - Postgraduate with a finance background - 1.5 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, valuations, or reporting - Strong project management and multi-tasking skills - Technical knowledge of Macros, Power BI, etc., is a plus - Attention to detail with a proactive, team-oriented attitude - Strong analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with global stakeholders - Ability to summarize complex information clearly and concisely - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure in an international team environment
