Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and support the design, implementation, and maintenance of our SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes in finance and accounting, as well as technical knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with business stakeholders to understand finance and controlling requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure SAP FICO modules including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
- Handle end-to-end implementation projects, including blueprinting, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or enhancements.
- Support integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for existing SAP FICO configurations.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
- Train and support end-users in the usage of SAP FICO modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience in implementation and support roles.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Profit Centers, etc.).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Familiarity with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
