We're Hiring: SAP FICO Consultant – Full Time

Location: Pan India – Remote (Preferred: Bangalore)

Notice Period: 15 days or less

We are seeking an experienced and driven SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. If you have a strong track record in end-to-end SAP implementations and a deep understanding of financial and controlling processes, we'd love to hear from you

Role Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling)
  • Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects (S/4HANA or ECC)
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • FI: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting
  • CO: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA
  • Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA (implementation/migration)
  • Integration knowledge with SD, MM, PP, and other SAP modules
  • In-depth understanding of Indian taxation (GST, TDS) and statutory compliance
  • Experience in month-end/year-end closing and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with data migration tools (LTMC, BDC, etc.)
  • Prior experience working with Indian clients is a plus
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
  • Configure SAP FICO modules to meet business process requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical/functional) for integrations and custom developments
  • Provide user training, prepare documentation, and support UAT
  • Manage production support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements
