Key responsibilitiesCustomer and client interaction: Identify potential customers, build relationships, and meet with clients to understand their technical and business needs. Technical solution development: Design and propose customized solutions that match client requirements, often by modifying existing products or creating new ones. Product demonstrations and presentations: Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the value and benefits of the product or service. Liaison between teams: Act as a technical liaison between the sales team and product development or engineering teams to provide customer feedback and ensure products meet market needs. Post-sales support: Provide post-sales support by training customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the implemented solution. Sales support: Assist with the technical aspects of contracts and negotiations and help the sales team meet sales goals. Market and product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings, and continuously update knowledge of the company's products. Required skills and qualificationsTechnical expertise: Deep knowledge of the products and services being sold, with a strong foundation in engineering or a related technical field. Communication skills: Ability to explain complex technical information in a clear, concise way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
