Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Quality Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, with a focus on ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using a defect tracking tool.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities work as expected after changes.
- Participate in requirements review and contribute to the overall quality of the project.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
