This individual will play a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery of robust, reliable, and scalable solutions. As a hands-on QA leader, you will mentor talented teams, define best-in-class testing strategies, and help embed a strong quality mindset across our end-to-end product lifecycle.Key Responsibilities – Quality Assurance, Team Leadership & Automation Lead & mentor QA analysts and engineers to deliver consistently high-quality outputs in line with project objectives. Define, implement and refine test strategies, approaches and plans (manual and automated) across multiple projects and products. Collaborate closely with development, product and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, set expectations, and ensure quality at source. Oversee test execution, defect management and root cause analysis, driving solution-focused outcomes. Advocate for and expand test automation frameworks, supporting shift-left and CI/CD practices for accelerated delivery. Champion continuous improvement initiatives, drawing on leading QA methodologies and process excellence. Report on quality metrics, risks and issues in a timely manner with actionable insight for leadership and project teams. Essential Skills & Experience – Lead QA Analyst Proven experience (7+ years) in software quality assurance, with recent leadership (QA lead, senior QA, or equivalent). Hands-on expertise in modern test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, REST-assured, JMeter, Postman or equivalent). Solid understanding of agile delivery models and continuous integration/continuous deployment environments. Strong knowledge of defect lifecycle management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach. Demonstrable ability to guide teams through change, drive improvements and embed best practices. Experience testing APIs, databases, and distributed systems (with a keen eye for risk and performance).
